It's something of a tradition for me to open the new year at Loughton Folk Club, and one I'm delighted to uphold.
Expect songs to make you laugh and cry, not necessarily at the same time. A few oldies, some newies and perhaps a surprise guest or two.
Doors open at 7.30pm, the music starts around 8 and we finish around 10.30.
Entry is £8 (cash only, please).
There is a well-stocked bar downstairs at Club prices.
